BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
We require a 25% deposit to book, remainder is automatically collected 14 days prior to booking.
Cancel 14+ days before check-in: 97% refunded (3% covers transaction fees).
Cancel 7-13 days before: 50% refunded (minus 3% service fee)
Cancel under 7 days: no refund.
If there are extenuating circumstances on our end or natural disaster, you’ll recieve a full refund.
Guests are responsible for any damages done to the property or amenities during their stay.
