BOOKINGS: We require a 25% deposit to book, remainder is auto collected 14 days prior to booking.
DAMAGE & INCIDENTALS: Guests are responsible for any damages done to the property or the amenities while at the house.
Maximum overnight guests: 8 (sleeps up to 8 small adults)
Minimum age to rent: 18 years
Children allowed: ages 0-17 years
No pets allowed
Events allowed: family gatherings

CANCELLATION POLICY: 97% refund of the amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. (3% goes to transaction fees). 50% refund of the amount paid (minus the service fee of 3%) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in. No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in. Full refund if there are extenuating circumstances on our end such as natural disasters.
