Some Places Can’t be Reached on Foot

The Hart Range Mountains are one of those rare places the world seems to have forgotten — remote, roadless, and accessible only by helicopter. There are no worn trails or crowds here, just expansive alpine terrain and a sense of wildness that remains fully intact. This is a different kind of exclusivity: not defined by luxury, but by true remoteness and the privilege of being among the few who will ever experience it.

Our presence is intentionally temporary. Camp is set up on arrival and removed without a trace, leaving the landscape exactly as we found it. Wildlife moves through undisturbed, and the valley carries on as it always has. What you take with you are the memories; everything else stays behind.

We're not looking for just anyone.

We're looking for the heck yes guest

The one who says yes before they know where they're going — because the destination is almost beside the point. The one who shows up ready to be part of something, to get their boots a little muddy, and to lean into whatever the wilderness has in store. No experience required — just a willing spirit and a good attitude. You might be asked to grab the other end of a tarp line or help haul a cooler, and honestly? That's part of the magic.

But here's the thing — that same person? They also want a hot drink waiting at camp. A little something that feels indulgent against the backdrop of all that raw, unbothered wilderness. They want the mud on their boots and the moment of pure, ridiculous luxury that makes the whole adventure feel like a story worth telling.

Glam and grit. Silk and stone. That's our kind of guest.

If you read that and felt a little flutter of that's me — welcome. You're exactly who we've been waiting for.

This experience is for you if:

  • You say yes before you know where you're going

  • You're drawn to remote places most people will never see

  • The words "off the beaten path" feel more like an invitation than a warning

  • No experience required — just a willing spirit and a good attitude

  • You don't mind grabbing a tarp line or hauling a cooler — it's part of the fun

  • You also appreciate a hot drink waiting at camp and a touch of luxury in the wild

  • Glam and grit? Yes please.

The Hart Range remains exactly as nature intended

And we plan to keep it that way. Camp is set up on arrival and packed out on departure, leaving no trace behind. With only one trip per year, very few people will ever see this place. A communal sleeping space brings the group together, making even the wildest corners of the Rocky Mountains feel grounding and safe. Raw, unfiltered wilderness — beauty at every turn.

You land 16 km from the nearest trail, days from town, with everything you need in a single pack—and spend the next three nights hiking, laughing, and sleeping under the stars. When it’s time to leave, no one wants to go home.

Trip Itinerary

Elevated Simplicity

Life at basecamp

Our alpine basecamp is not a resort — and it's not supposed to be. But it is thoughtfully set up so that comfort never becomes a distraction from the experience. At the centre is our spacious 20-foot canvas Star-Gazer tent, big enough for the whole group and your guide, with room to breathe and proper space to rest.

Your guide will teach you how to help with camp setup. More hands make light work — tent, chairs, and kitchen can be up and running in under an hour.

Meals are carefully considered with the environment and leave-no-trace principles in mind. Expect elevated backcountry food with touches of comfort. Clean water is filtered fresh from the mountain source. The camp perimeter is protected with solar-powered bear fencing, and food is stored away from camp so you can fully relax.

Well-considered over well-appointed. Everything you need, nothing you don't.
