Summer Solstice Celebration

Itinerary: Summer Solstice
Friday
Pound that coffee or sip on that Red Bull, becasue we are staying up until the sun goes down!
Meet in Tumbler Ridge at 6pm to meet the crew and get organized.
Friday night we hike Geosite Bergeron Cliffs, a moderately challenging hike of 6km and 400m of elevation to see the best views in town!
After our hike we head to our big backyard for a fire, and Boreal Forest Inspired charcuterie snack board and sweet treats while we watch the sun go down and the lights go up to give the backyard a cozy and joyful vibe.
Dress for the occasion - it will be optional to embrace the theme, “Garden Party” for our hike and/or after party. Summer skirts over leggings, & flower crowns welcome.
Itinerary: Summer Solstice
Saturday
Grab your bathing suit and your hiking gear - we are chasing waterfalls!
We will meet the Trend Hotel parking lot at 10am to meet the team and get organized.
Saturday we are taking a trip down the Kinuseo Falls road to see some of the most stunning falls in Westeren Canada, including the iconic Geosite Kinuseo Falls, Geosite Barbour Falls and Canary Falls. Let’s forest bathe in these special sites as we learn about the history of Monkman Park.
There may be chance to swim in the shallow pools of Barbour Falls so pack your swimsuit and towel in the vehicle for our last falls of the day.
Sunday
If you have grabbed our weekend package, you will get to sleep in!
Check out from the overnight accommodations is 11am, so take your time, and have that second cup of coffee before you head home.
